Having worked as the Event Coordinator for St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur and Avion Tequila, I decided to partner up with my good friend and top mixologist DAMIAN WINDSOR (Roger Room and Seven Grand). He helped us create 100% all- natural and unique syrup flavor combinations.

Every Shavie syrup is made from the real stuff! Most ingredients are grown in our backyard, and the rest are purchased locally. We continue to develop and serve our funky fresh flavors and will always remain seasonal in our offerings.
